We begin with a personal meeting to get to know you and your vision. We look at your specific needs: who your guests are, how many you expect, a winter or summer event, indoors or outdoors. We explore music options — DJ or live band — design a menu that's just right for you, dairy or meat, and set a budget that fits your dreams.

Planning & design
Once the key lines are set, we plan your event according to the budget and needs you've defined. We choose the perfect venue, with close attention to comfort, parking, weather and every other important detail.

Detailed budget proposal
I present a detailed budget proposal based on everything we've discussed, with several alternatives to make sure the event meets all your expectations.

Complete work plan
Now we dive into the details: invitation design, music, food and drinks, and the layout of the space. Together we manage schedules and suppliers, attending to every small detail on the way to the perfect production.

Supplier coordination
Every supplier knows exactly what's expected. The kitchen receives specific menu guidelines — special kashrut, vegetarian or gluten-free options. We walk the venue team through the event plan, from seating to equipment and cleaning.

Music & atmosphere
The DJ or band knows exactly which songs to play and when, and every other supplier receives precise instructions so each stage of the event is perfectly in sync.

Fine-tuning
Final decisions are made under professional supervision. Every supplier knows their role and when to act, and we make sure everything works seamlessly together.

Final supplier meeting
We meet every service provider to make sure all preparations are closed down to the last detail, and that everyone knows the schedule and special requirements. On the day, everyone is ready.

When the celebration ends, we handle all the final steps: dismantling, closing accounts and paying suppliers — for a smooth, flawless finish.
